HOW TO ORDER: You can order Sweeter Cards by emailing Hello@SweeterCards.com.

ORDER MINIMUMS: A minimum order of $108

PAYMENT: Orders must be pre-paid by credit card or check, including shipping. Net 30 terms available with an established relationship. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@sweetercards.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship (we'll usually get it out sooner!). Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total during the invoicing stage. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.

DAMAGES: Please contact Sweeter Cards at hello@sweetercards.com within 3 days of receipt if anything is damaged. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
